Last-Minute 2016 Oscar Predictions

Both years that I’ve slapped together last-minute Oscar predictions have yielded a 7-for-11 success rate in these specific categories. These predictions aren’t necessarily who I think deserves the award, but who I think will win the award. Mad Max: Fury Road deserves Best Picture and it’s a travesty that George Miller won’t win Best Director. I have no doubt The Revenant is taking home the most important awards from the Academy. Get ready for the coronation of Leonardo DiCaprio.
